Our client is an American multinational company that produce and distribute medical devices, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods. The corporation includes some 250 subsidiary companies with operations in over 57 countries and products sold in over 175 country. Currently they are looking for :

Secretary to Marketing Department

Responsibilities:
Managing administrative requirements for Marketing Department, such as budget preparation, managing invoices and tracking budgets.
Lead logistics preparation for Marketing events (regional visitors, workshops, external events)
Managing day to day requirements for Marketing (e.g. organizing meeting rooms, following up submissions)
Assist business travel requirements for managers
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree from any field
Candidate has minimum 1 year experience in the administrative and secretarial field
Candidate who has experience in handling marketing area will be advantage
Candidate should possess a pleasant personality
Location in the City Center and easy access to all major Public transportation
Normal working days of 5 days per week with normal working hours from 8.00 am. to 5 pm.
